  It is nice to see that a conservative call-to-arms may be underway regarding climate change and the global implications involved. Without acknowledgement there can be no solution. 
  I think that most reasonable people would agree that we are at a critical point in history - a point where we need to reconsider much of what we have taken for granted. We are destroying our home at an alarming rate, and the energy sources that we have relied upon are now coming at an increasingly heavy price. The objective now should be to reduce environmental damage and work toward a cleaner and more self-reliant future. We probably can't heal the wounds, but maybe we can stop the bleeding. Corporations can adapt or perish. This should not be a "red state/blue state" issue, but if helps to bring about a greater urgency, so be it. Sometimes, the ends do justify the means.</description>
