    Whoa, the guy in the background, one eye is red-eyed, the other is white. There is something wrong. I remember some odd notice that if you don’t show up red-eyed there is something wrong with your health. Then again he is near two unnatural forces, that could be a problem too.

Implement a market-based ‘Cap and Trade’ solution
Increase taxes and government subsidies
